Ever since we started, the highest quality has been always a special concern of ours. This year, we go one step further and convert most of our product range into sustainable and regional products.
Our head chef Roland always works with absolute care and enjoyment! He recommends his best delicacies everyday and guarantees our guests the highest quality.
Fresh herbs, organic fruits and vegetables from our own garden refine our dishes. On our terrace you can enjoy cozy hours of sunshine all year long and from the roof terrace lounge you can enjoy the fantastic view over the Wolfgangsee! Always up-to-date information on special daily delicacies from the surrounding farmers can be found on Facebook and of course at our restaurant staff!

Since 4 years now, I am the head chef of Schmankerstubn and I put all my heart and soul in this job! If the time allows it, I
use my time to create sausages and bacon specialties or to smoke fresh Salzkammergut fish. From this year on my home-made products are available the Berau market and in our shop!

You are welcome to book our Jagdstüberl for your private party or corporate event. The small function room is equipped with beamer and sound technology, has a daylight window and can accommodate up to 20 people - making it the ideal location for your celebration in a small, personal setting, whether seminar, presentation or family celebration. We look forward to planning your individual event with you!
For your event you can also book the panoramic roof terrace (depending on availability) and the spacious lakefront outdoor area for breaks, workgroups etc. available. In addition, we have the cozy rooms of the Schmankerlstubn with Kaminstüberl.
